What are you drinking?

Breck

The Whisk(e)y Dick
Single Cask Nation’s 15yo independent bottling of Ledaig from Scotland’s Isle of Mull, off the West Highland coast. A big smoky powerhouse at 111.4 proof. Whisky bottled at cask proof like this one are designed to have water added by the drinker. I’m choosing to enjoy this one undiluted. It burns a bit, but isn’t offensive.

Well, it’s only 8:00am so it’s Irish breakfast tea, light and sweet…😉

I know. I'm just busting balls. I love scotch whisky and have really no prejudice toward blends compared to malts. When I do go the blended direction, I typically lean toward Johnnie Walker though.
I lean towards Irish whiskey, screw Scotch…but my good friends like Scotch…
