Redbreast 12, Green Spot, Jameson Coopers Croze, and if you can find it Dingle single malt small batch 4…Do you have any recommendations? Every now and then I feel guilty about not respecting my heritage. The only proper Irish whiskeys I have tried are Bushmills 12 and 18.
Actually gin and tonic is a good drink on a hot summer day. On another note, I was in Orlando on a business trip and had a day off but it was cold and wet and windy so when I got back to my hotel I went straight to the bar and ordered a hot buttered rum. Bartender said "What the hell is that?" So I had a vodka martini.
I’m a whisk(e)y lover for the most part, but I do appreciate gin. When I’m drinking gin, it’s typically in the form of a Gibson. 3.5oz gin, .5oz dry vermouth, .5oz onion brine. Stirred, not shaken. Garnished with 5-6 cocktail onions. Divine.Actually gin and tonic is a good drink on a hot summer day. Martinis are so beautiful looking to me! I love the glass, i love how the drink looks in the glass. I wish i loved them but i just can‘t. (However I do love a Hendrick’s gin and Fever Tree tonic.)

Yesterday was Tullekopp Farmhouse Ale from Varietal Beer Co., amongst other things. The milkiness looked cool, but the flavors were a little too subtle.
