I saved some chuck eye from the chuck roast I broke down for stir fry the other night and paired it with today's sourdough bread, sweet baby rays, and kerrygold Cheddar to make a damn tasty sandwich for lunch

If you find the right chuck roast, you can pull a check eye and a denver out of the same one! I try to find a good one whenever they are on sale, best value steak you can get anymore
