Something about potato and chorizo....
One of my favorite taco combinations, with a bit of Chipotle thrown in for good measure.

That breakfast pic almost makes me want to go to Soap Lake.

Grilled spuds, salad, and skirt steak. The key here is I get the steak from Better Meat in Ballard, importantly it is totally different from any of it sold in other stores (by me at at least), a different cut that does not need tenderised or chopped for fajitas etc. it is very tender and so flavourful, better than other cuts by a country mile and an easy 3-4 min per side, sit and done,IMG_0828.jpeg

Same thing, spelling and pronunciation change depending on which Levantine country of origin. For those that don't know, it's kefir cheese, which is like cream cheese and Greek yogurt had a baby. I like it better than cream cheese for these sorts of things and we pretty much always have it on hand.
