Flank steak, grilled quickly after marinating for seven hours........
Marinade:
grated fresh ginger root
pressed garlic
sake
shoyu
sesame oil
red pepper flakes
fine ground black pepper
brown sugar
It was very good, Al! Flank steak tends to be chewy, I think Sake helps tenderize the beef. I like to marinate the steak pieces for at least eight hours.Man that looks tasty
