I love doing Brussel sprouts on the grill and then putting some balsamic vinegar on them after they're cooked! Delicious!
I like to roast Brussels sprouts. Toss a bag of dry Lipton onion soup in a gallon freezer bag and add olive oil. Throw in halved sprouts and shake them so they are well coated. Lay out on parchment and roast. This works well with petite or sweet potatoes as well. Simple, easy and tastes great.
