I’e been guilty of not making an additional side when everything else was ready to go…Here ya go, how ‘bout a double smashburger. I meant to make a salad, I swear. But the burgers were ready and the salad was not, and I won’t make a smashburger wait.

I doubled the recipe and tripled the amount of chicken, so there's a lot of servings. Still, a pound of butter and a cup of heavy cream isn't super healthy! That all natural Shan spice mix is very tasty. I took a shortcut using canned Kirkland tomato sauce instead of boiling and sieving whole tomatoes like I did last time, it was nearly as good and much easier with less clean up.Butter chicken…not as healthy as you think…but delicious

I love doing Brussel sprouts on the grill and then putting some balsamic vinegar on them after they're cooked! Delicious!Roasted cauliflower and brussel sprouts are delicious and easy. Can’t stand them boiled.
