This might be more your style…killer bbq in Brooklyn…brisket, pulled pork, rown sugar bacon, wings and sausage…fabulous baked beans with burnt ends…etc…
How'd those oysters compare to what we have locally in the PNW? I ask because I had oysters (raw in the half shell) at the Acme Oyster House in NOLA because they're supposed to be so damn good. They're good, but not as good as what we have locally, which was the case for all the seafood I ate in New Orleans. I'm one spoiled fish (and shell fish) snob.Oysters from Brittany…
