Thanks Brian. We’re going to use that recipe. Our youngest granddaughter (3 years old) loves broccoli and cheese. We’ll try it out on her and let you know how it goes. Brussel sprouts is a great idea as well.
 
Not so traditional Thanksgiving dinner here. Prime rib and BBQ salmon. I scored on a King salmon fillet that was fat like a springer at Oly Seafoods the other day. Dinner was like heaven; I ate 'til I couldn't move. Told myself I wasn't going to do that any more.
