I think it might actually now be called Olympic Crest in Lacey based on the price Salmo mentioned. I use their Sicilian roast for espresso and it's very good. Plus, you get a full 16 ounces for $14 instead of $19 for 12 ounces like you do with Covabrelli or Olympia Coffee Roasting (probably who you're thinking of). F@#$ shrinkflation. 😉

No, it was the white van driven by Chuck's brother Mike, known as "Mocha Mike" at our office. I met Chuck later when Mike told me that they had a brick and mortar store, now a Vietnamese grocery or something. Chuck bought the old Dairy Queen on Pacific and converted it into the coffee shop and roastery.

Not even. Chuck & Mike were, shall we say, opinionated. (The brothers fought like cats and dogs.) In the mobile van days they didn't do that soy stuff. In the coffee shop Chuck has to accommodate the occasional Olympian from Batdorff & Bronson's Dancing Goats who drops by to have coffee with the lower classes. But the baristas behind the counter snicker behind the back of anyone ordering soy.
