Coffee talk

I suspect you mean Olympia Coffee and I also think that they have some of the best brown juice around. If I didn't or couldn't roast my own I'd be buying Olympia Roasters beans on the regular. They've grown, and even have a cafe up here in my neighborhood of West Seattle now.

I think it might actually now be called Olympic Crest in Lacey based on the price Salmo mentioned. I use their Sicilian roast for espresso and it's very good. Plus, you get a full 16 ounces for $14 instead of $19 for 12 ounces like you do with Covabrelli or Olympia Coffee Roasting (probably who you're thinking of). F@#$ shrinkflation. 😉

Olympia, Olympic... hard for even the locals to keep them straight. I think Olympic Crest used to be Olympic Coffee Roasters. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...ChAWegQIQRAB&usg=AOvVaw1GIPJGThijvQacGlH7W10s

Yes, it is Olympic Crest. I've been a customer of Chuck's since he had the van with the mobile espresso set up that came by our office.
Was it the converted yellow ambulance? That thing got a lot of my money when it pulled up to the office.

Never heard of or tried it but I will if I ever get the opportunity.

No. Manly dark roast (Sicilian-style) where the Sicilian family will hunt you down and disappear you just for thinking about soy.

Columbia Crest is in Lacey. All the soy crap goes down in Olympia. 🫣
