Spinning the hair as shown in his video I was able to pack a good bit into a small space for a denser head. Skipped the wing because my hen pheasant quills seem to have flown the coop, figuratively; doubtful the gullible cutthroats I fish for will care.

Even though I got back yesterday afternoon, my mind is still in a far away time zone, so what's a man supposed to do when they can't sleep?

Well, tie up something to swim the following (now or now current) day. Not really needed at all, but vise time WAS needed.

Should have stopped the body a wrap or two sooner (next time) so I didn’t crowd the front end but the eye is clear enough to pass 4x tippet through.

it gets worse....it actually turned up by itself IN my fishing bag that I actually had with me!!! arghhhh!

I surprised I remembered to take my boat with me.... :rolleyes:

These have been getting eaten a lot lately by cutts. Not a traditional clouser per se, as the wing is tied down under the orange gills to try and slim the profile down a bit.
Hard to tell from the picture, but there are eight different colors of Krystal Flash buried in there.
