I really enjoyed cooking on our daughters induction top. It's amazing how fast they heat up dishes and I loved the safety features - good stuff for old, forgetful Boomers.

It's usually beef when I see it, but I found 2 packs of pork shoulder for $0.99/lb which is a lot cheaper than I could get chuck roast.
