What Are You Eating?

Fish tacos!!! Baja style. Bought some frozen Hahi (Yellow Fin Tuna). Thawed out overnight in fridge. Marinated it for one hour, in "Bernsteins Italian Dressing and Marinade" ( Magic sauce folks, trust me)... On to my Charbroil "infrared grill" with hickory chips pumping out the smoke..... Now for the white sauce...Plain yogurt, sour creme, some Mexican cheese with some lime juice, cooked slowly in a small sauce pan,,(truly good stuff folks)....Corn tortillas heated in a cast iron skillet using "clarified butter"....and ..wait for it...finely chopped cabbage. Tortilla, chunks of fish, cabbage, lots of white sauce.... That's a fish taco...
 
My daughter went through a pescatarian phase, then vegetarian phase, then Vegan…now eats meat again…made my life difficult as the cook…
Yeah, my wife has been a veggie for 15 years. I’m not expecting it to change anytime soon. My kid is my only hope.
