I first heard that last year in a post. Everyone seemed to know the reference and I didn’t. WTH, I thought I knew pretty much all the well known spots.

It came to me like 3 months later…Ahh, dar.

Whew, had to really pound the pavement out there. Skunked at five beaches plus discovered one closed. Had to go all the way to Nick’s boat launch in engagement shopping passage. Morale was pretty freakin low when I got there, questioning my life choices. But got into three rezzies just before the tide died down.

On the way out a family stopped me and told me a fin whale was on its way through. Hung out another five minutes and there it was! Puget Sound is a moody lady.
