Thx. Here is a good simple base that you can then dress up, smoked paprika is good. Bleed and chill fish quickly, poor handling leads to less than satisfactory results. Deep fried 1c flour 1 tsp baking POWDER, spices. Dry fish, flower, dip, flower, deep fry until it floats.I love your reports, Tom! The twister tails look great and fish like them. They don't last long though with trout before they pull the tail off of the fly.
