Didn't bother with stocker pics, but a little white eyelash bugger helped me take the skunk off my brand new 6wt, after a cold and fishless salt outing the other day. A half dozen spunky trout ate that and only that today on a King County lake

A fly just like this just got me my first two trout of 2022. Small stockers, but I'll take it!

While I was out there, casting from my dock, an osprey hit the water and flew off with a fish, followed by its mate or sibling.

Then a bald eagle flew over my head.

Man, I love it here!
