i'm back! Caps beat Calgary 5-4! scored 3 in the third for a solid road win!
anyway, i'll say this about RW3... he played like a champion while he was here and played a large part in bringing the city a championship. man, that was fun! maybe should've been two but that's another conversation. he's squeaky clean to the point of being annoying. is that so bad? he spoke in sports babble cliches and became a celebrity QB. but when he stepped on the field he was all about winning and i never felt like he was faxing it in.
wouldn't it be funny if he stays in Seattle after all this hype today. the deal's not done yet...
I mean, that was basically a foregone conclusion last season.Whoa. Bobby Wagner just released.
It's happening.
He has serious potential. If Denver can’t solve their pass protection issues, Wilson will just suffer the same fate, sitting on the injured bench all season.Hey, you guys can have Bridgewater....I hear he's available.
I’m super excited. Actually looking forward to watching the Broncos play next season. I know every team has their good & bad years, but the last few have been brutal, especially games played against other squads in the AFC West.Denver's protection "issues" stemmed more from the fact that Bridgewater held onto the ball longer than nearly any other starting QB (due in large part to the fact that he just doesn't have a strong enough arm to fit the ball into any window other than wide open). Our O-line isn't top 5 by any stretch, but it's not in the lower half of the league either.
ultimately though, I'm fucking thrilled. I'll take Russ over nearly every other QB this side of Mahomes and J.Allen.
I think some of you Hawks fans might be in a state of denial of a spurned lover...."yeah, well he wasn't perfect either"..."remember that one time that he didn't do the dishes"
Yup. I can't see Pete around much longer. The reason his star rose was due to Wilson and now that he's moving on to greener pastures, Pet won't have much to rely on.... as you noted, he is a bit dated.Otherwise, it makes zero sense to blow things up like this and stick with Pete's tired philosophy. I still wouldn't mind if he stuck around as he's great for the locker room, but his playbooks and overall in-game philosophy are obviously not working anymore.
I’d just like to see some sign of improvement. I’ll be happy with that.Curious what is the expectation of Bronco fans now that they’ve gone all in like the Rams did last year?
Playoffs, Super Bowl and what will represent a disappointment next season?

It will be tough just to get to the playoffs in this division...as a Raider fan, I was hoping RW would stay home...Curious what is the expectation of Bronco fans now that they’ve gone all in like the Rams did last year?
