Not to go further OT, but I saw Peter Hook and the Light last month. They're a successor band to Joy Division and New Order - Peter Hook was the bass player. And they can still bring it!

It also looks like New Order is touring next spring, and appearing at Cruel World in Pasadena.

Oh sure, politics will creep in from time to time. Fishing/hunting/outdoors and government cross paths with some regularity. I know that we all have our own feelings about national elections and hot button issues. And this was a big election season for a lot of people emotionally regardless of which boxes you checked on your ballot. Regardless of who you vote for, what church you attend (or not), your race, your background, your gender, or however else you define yourself, if you are here because you enjoy fishing and can be a decent soul to the rest of us, you will be welcome here.

I was on the Klickitat a few weeks ago. Clear water, water temps in the mid-50s.
A boat passes me and I ask them, "doing any good?" They answer, "no forgot the bobber rod atvhome."

I have no issue with other people bobber fly fishing but I think it's sad that so many viee it as the only way to have success, on the other hand, I didn't hook any fish that day eithet.
