Mom is 96. I grew up listening to a lot of music. Later Mom borrowed my deep purple lps … liked the Beatles the Mercy beat stuff from Britain…chad and Jeremy etc. anyway she wrote to Frankie Laine and kept in communication until he passed away . Now she has been a pen pal with Frankie Laines widow… I am very fond of Norton Buffalo’s rendition of hangin tree-

Was never a huge Dolly fan growing up 'cause I just wasn't into Country Music, but she is such a neat lady with such an incredible catalogue that I have come to have great admiration for her (hope she does that rock 'n roll album):
