What Are You Eating?

Rancho Gordo does beans as good as anyone does.
:)

Beef bourguinon and mashed taters, and first of what will wind up being too many Kale and Radicchio salads.... ;) but the produce is home grown, so the price is right.
Went with a Pinot, duh.

No pictures but recently found sliced pork belly (about 3/8” thick) at local Aldi. Never tried it so I pit it on a wire rack about 1” tall over a tray lined with parchment paper in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Brushed with General Tso sauce prior to cooking and again halfway through cooking. Cut into 1“+/- pieces and mixed into couscous with sautéed artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, onion and sliced zucchini cut into1/2” and then quartered. Smoked paprika on veggies when sautéed.
Very good, next time I will try smoking it on grandsons Traeger.
