What Are You Eating?

After a few days fishing tarpon and bonefish with the renowned Nick Denbow in Mahahual, he had us over for dinner and plated each of us up a steak, a couple Gulf lobster tails, and a traditional English mash.
I could learn to love this!

Popcorn with plenty of butter. The world series is a good one tonite.
 
Nice bottle for Friday night...
 
Some backyard foodstuffs, fresh made arrabiata sauce with mushrooms and our homemade sausage.
Topped with some not so local burrata and last of the basil, wash it down with some Brunello...throw in some of the last of the season produce and it's a dinner.
