After a few days fishing tarpon and bonefish with the renowned Nick Denbow in Mahahual, he had us over for dinner and plated each of us up a steak, a couple Gulf lobster tails, and a traditional English mash.
I could learn to love this!

Some backyard foodstuffs, fresh made arrabiata sauce with mushrooms and our homemade sausage.
Topped with some not so local burrata and last of the basil, wash it down with some Brunello...throw in some of the last of the season produce and it's a dinner.

Roasted veg (parsnip, brussels, broc, shallots) and grilled chicken thighs, topped with a bitchin' paprika vinaigrette and a pile of flatleaf, because that's how I roll.

Prepped, cooked, and enjoyed with a Chateauneuf du Pape with a great QPR
