Tonight's fun, salted and taking a nap.
It's got a 5pm date with a 225° smoker, then a minute or so on a 800° grill.
Now off to the woods to see what the mushroom patch looks like...

Took the family to Bilbao and San Sebastian as we’ve not had a holiday together for 5 odd yrs. A lot of really delicious food was consumed and we had a ton of fun, walking and eating as we went.

Hell yeah!

Brought home a couple hatchery SRCs yesterday.

Filleted and skin removed. Filets were dredged in seasoned flour, then an egg/evaporated milk/parsley wash, then coated in seasoned bread crumbs. Fried in the oven in lots of butter. Steamed asparagus with parmesan on the side.
