Tomato soup

3 varieties of cherry tomatoes, ripe Anaheim peppers, serrano, garlic, and sweet onion, all from the garden got olive oil and seasoning before roasting in the oven

Added basil from the garden and half and half before blitzing and straining. Topped with steamed corn and leftover chicken thighs and sourdough toast.

Thanks! The best tomato soup I've ever made. Roasting all the stuff first really deepens the flavor. I also put some fish sauce in it to turn up the flavor dial even more

So many of my soups and stews get some fish sauce instead of some of the salt. Sounds like you made an umami bomb, yum.
