Elk Burgers w/ bacon and carmelized onions, bacon tomato jam and swiss on a Brioche bun (Sounds just like some upscale ripoff bar spot (that gets good reviews though) ) somewhere.
Grilled baby squash and potatoes...local eats except for the buns and cheese.

Redneck tapas on the back deck, because it's hot AF in AK.
Crumbled feta, castelvetrano olives, sliced pickles, bitchin' chorizo from Iberia, some sardines with olive oil, garlic, and parsley, and a bowl of "Papas fritas". Washin' it down with a Tinto de Verano made with rioja, sprite, and a can of lemon sparkling water.
Goes even better with my view...
Just finished up some tri tip. I went the sous vide route, chilled it earlier, then, once we were ready to eat, pulled it out and finished on the grill. I took the juices from the bag and reduced it down to an excellent au jus (after 2 filtrations). Wifey made up some brussel sprouts as well. Sorry, no pics....just forgot to get one for the gram I guess.
