What Are You Eating?

Musang is great, and cool to see more Filipino food in the city. Che Bogz (Filipano food truck) down the block is having a soft opening starting today through Sunday Hours are WED - SAT: 11am - 7pm SUN: 11am - 4pm
Having lived in Hawaii over forty years, I’ve eaten my fair share of Filipino food…I still make pork adobo on occasion…

Default to a favorite...NY steak, asparagus and risotto
Easy after a long, hot day catching up in the garden.

Pitting, Dehydrating, and high grading eaters as we go, tasty little things they are.

My wife surprised me with a propane pizza oven for Fathers Day (from the dog and cats).

Before I could use it I had to fab up a table for it to sit on, so I got to work in the shop.

I used all cedar, posts and 5/4 decking, then 3/4 plywood topped with heavy floor tile for the top.

And launched my first pie

This thing cooks SO fast, this was literally 2 minutes in the oven, and you can see I burned the crust in the hot side. I can tell I’m going to have to learn how to position and turn the pizzas to get it right. But it should be fun.
