The classic pairing would be a wine from the Languedoc region, but I’ve got a couple nice red Burgundy’s to have with it

Boiled up some eggs I needed to use this morning.
Warm egg salad with guacamole, bacon, sweet onion, tomato, green pepper and cheddar and feta cheese. Good way to start a football watching Saturday.
