Pork chops off the grill, with baked potatoes and broccoli.

I figured that I was cooking my pork chops way too long and that's why they were dry. These were on the grill a little less than 4 minutes each side (about 7 minutes total cooking) and are tender and delicious.

Hey @Brute
I figured you would be the guy to answer this question
I’ve been looking for some Gochujang sauce and can’t find it. Any ideas for a good substitute?
Thanks in advance

Ramen night with agedashi tofu…
Ramen and tofu? True, as Buzzy points out, it's not ordinary ramen. But still, here I thought you were a high falutin' sort of cook. I sure hope I haven't misjudged. I mean, isn't ramen and tofu sort of the equivalent of a PBJ sandwich in the world of culinary delights?

Steve - Spoken like a true neanderthal. ;) Top Ramen ain't the only ramen in the world, and tofu burgers don't represent tofu. My son in law prepares some wickedly delicious and very complicated ramen dishes that are very appealing to look at. Tofu - I'd really enjoy eating the ageddashi tofu Brute showed, I bet it was delicious. My wife and I eat tofu frequently: miso soup, clear broth soup (recently with some matsutake), Keiko's dish, maputofu can be prepared in limitless ways. Just scratching the surface, the list goes on (how did Sonny and Cher sing it? And the tofu goes on...........

Doesn't tofu just taste like what ever you use to treat it? I consider myself a pretty ok and adventuresome cook and admit to very much enjoying most things in the world that jiggle a little bit. Tofu, however, is not on that list. Perhaps I have been deprived.

You should try deep fried tofu sometime. It's really good!
