What Are You Eating?

@Brute - you nailed it on a couple of Oly's finest restaurants. I live here and for me Oly is a bit of a restaurant desert - there are lots of places but few that stand out (imo). I wish that we had more good ethnic places.

btw - did you eat all of that pig belly that adorns the clam chowder? ;)
 
Well come on over while you're here visiting! I'll even break out some wine that comes in bottles. And you can show me how to cook up something interesting.
Thanks for the invite…left Olympia early yesterday morning, spent the night in Boise, now a couple hours from southern NV

I ate every last morsel and drop of liquid in that bowl…
 
This is how I make mine, but use either smoked mozzarella or scamorza for the melting cheeses.
