What Are You Eating?

Lmk how you like it…I’ve been resisting buying one so far…
I'll report back after I cook more things. Seems to work wonders for frozen crunchy stuff- crispy, not greasy. I'm trying onion rings from a frozen bag tonight.

I got the Ninja Crispi from Costco and I like that the bin is glass and it is very easy to clean. I think I'm going to replace the Teflon 'grill rack' with a stainless steel one.

No pics, but made Osso Buco for 7 last night, with mushroom risotto, and a couple bottles of Brunello, and some Limoncello after dinner.
Was a good meal with my family and out of town cousins....a nice time was had by all.
🙂

That's one of my signature dishes. I typically use ox tail, but when I can't find it, I'll use lamb shanks or beef short ribs.

I got my veal shanks at Fall City Meats, first time I've been there, the shanks were great, and reasonably priced considering that cut is always a bit on the spendy side.
Would recommend...

Was good...got some for me and Mom.
That area is my old stoming grounds from 50 years ago.
