Although the pre-season games don’t necessarily predict how the regular season will go, Stidham did some strong work. The Broncos went 3-0 with him as QB. I’m still hopeful.

That the Texans' offense is suspect is on full display (again) today, and that Nix is nixed is a fact. Also facts are that teams have won Super Bowls with only great defense and with backup QBs.

Darnold has proven he's trustworthy at this point, even if he has work left to do to prove he's elite (and who really cares if he is?). Maybe Sam Block doesn't trust him, but I think it's safe to say he's better than several QBs who have Super Bowl rings.

Who gives a shit if the Patriots and Bears struggled last year? Any team can have a dramatic turnaround, and a handful of good (fortuitous?) management moves are often the difference. Hasn't this guy ever heard the "Any Given Sunday" cliche? All NFL teams are really, really good; some are just ever so slightly better, and that makes all the difference in the end.

The Rams are only a wildcard team because they played in the best division in the NFL by a country mile and still had a 12-5 record. What other division would they NOT have won?

This is a prime example of when a person ought to realize they have nothing worthwhile to say, shut up, and watch it play out.
