When I lived on the east coast and was a Colts fan, I liked Johnny U, who was at the end of his career, Mike Curtis, John Mackey and Gino Marchetti ( he had a chicken place, best fried chicken around)
Art Donovan was another guy, he was quite the character....

Art Donovan worked for my Dad in the insurance business during the off season. Somewhere in my boxes of forgotten crap is an autographed collection of 8x10's of most of the Colts of that era. Hadn't thought of that in many years. Yes he was a character even to a grade school aged kid. When I lived on the east coast and was a Colts fan, I liked Johnny U, who was at the end of his career, Mike Curtis, John Mackey and Gino Marchetti ( he had a chicken place, best fried chicken around)

There's a bunch of these clips on yuotube...Art Donovan worked for my Dad in the insurance business during the off season. That was a bold statement that could put someone's man card in risk... lol...I like the Ravens and the Vikings due to purple being my favorite color...
Look at us with something in common.... my aunt and uncle bought season tickets for the first ten years for the jaguars and continue to go to games periodically after that.. both my boys were sent to florida for summer vacation with my aunt and uncle and of course, got taken to their first NFL games in jacksonville.. only two games, my wife and I have been to were in jacksonville last year against her packers. And the year before we've seen the jaguars beat the titans and derek henry was still playing for the titans... and Derek Henry is actually a local there... from an outskirt town up north called yule...The Jaguars were kind of my second team due to the four years I lived in Florida for college and all my friends being fans. But they've been a difficult team to stay excited about since I left. I keep giving them a chance but always am let down.

This one brought back memories of growing up in Colorado and being a casual Broncos fan at the start of Elway's career. All the local kids would try to emulate Elway's legendary arm power by throwing the Nerf football (that was all we could grip firmly enough) as hard as we could, trying to make it so our friends couldn't catch it. We called it the "No Way Elway."Relays first 6 years. Today this would not stand a chance. He be toast. We need perspective when thinking of todayβs QBs.

I knew someone who played tight end in college at Stanfordβ¦he said when Elway threw a bullet at him, it took the skin off the tips of a couple of his fingersβ¦he started to wear glovesThis one brought back memories of growing up in Colorado and being a casual Broncos fan at the start of Elway's career.
