April it is!Depending the weekend, April may not be good for me. There's an FFF event in Issaquah at Pickering Barn. I'll check the weekend. Plus I want to be up on the Skagit baby!

I would recommend that they show up and man a "booth". This would give them the opportunity to be selective on what they take and make it easier on the attendees to donate.I would rethink PHW. Maybe Castinf for Recovery or Reel Recovery. (Edit)
The Skagit is open through the 15th. The following weekend is Easter. Right after that I head out for three weeks. I like the June idea though if we can work it in around school graduations. Perhaps the weekend of May 17, 18 might be easier to reserve.Did some poking around online trying to find a spot with a covered area. Mayfield Park seems one of the better candidates. Since we'll probably do this before summer, I'd want to make sure we don't get rained out.

Skagit and Easter are two things very much not on my radar, so I appreciate the heads upThe Skagit is open through the 15th. The following weekend is Easter. Yeah, Mayfield has a lot of positives, but I'm apprehensive about committing before someone can tell me for sure whether or not our event is allowed. The one thing I like about the Mayfield Park is that there's a campground nearby in case we would like to make it a two-day event. In either case I would probably want to spend the night before and maybe the night of even if it's just a one day event. I would guess people coming from some distance might want to do the same thing.
I'm not at home right now but will be later today since I live in the state maybe I can find something out.Yeah, Mayfield has a lot of positives, but I'm apprehensive about committing before someone can tell me for sure whether or not our event is allowed or not.
I've fired off some emails to various contacts I could find with Tacoma Power. Awaiting any responses now.I'm not at home right now but will be later today since I live in the state maybe I can find something out.
Yeah I think our three contenders are Lake Tye, Mayfield and Millersylvania. I finally got a response from Tacoma Power Parks, they're just running my question up the chain. So hopefully I have pricing and rules ironed out for all three today (with your help on the third one), and we can take a poll quickly before locking one down.I sent an email to State Parks about this place: https://parks.wa.gov/find-parks/state-parks/millersylvania-state-park
