It’s unbelievable what the tides bring in daily.
You can pick up litter and go back the next day and find more. Lots of stuff floating around out there!
One thing I’d love to see them do is figure out a way to make shotgun shells totally biodegradable. I’m not anti hunting in the least, but the amount of shell wads littering up our beaches is beyond disgusting. Those things are everywhere.

Biodegradable golf balls? I found at least 6 of them on the beach yesterday. And nowhere near a golf course.
I think golfers would buy golf balls with radioactive cores if they thought it gave them an extra 5-10 yards on their drives.
Supposedly they have them and use them on cruise ships. I also find a ton of them all over the sound and canal. Some folks think it is cute to drive them into the water but it’s just litter to me. My current collection.

How do so many people lose their underwear on PNW beaches?? It's not like oyster beds and rocks are particularly conducive to skinny dipping or other clothes-free activities
Maybe they wash down from slightly-more comfortable streams?

I was fishing on the West Fork Kickapoo River in late 2018, a month after catastrophic flooding on that river, including a failed dam. I found over 100 golf balls in a sandbank, washed downstream from the golf course course a quarter mile upstream. I dug them out and carried them to the club, and they gave me $10 for them! I was surprised they took them at all, much less paid me for them.
