stoke - pics that make you wish you were there?

My favorites river spots over the last ten years. I wish they were all everyday options still but alas, that’s what happens when you move alot.

MT - learned to fly fish when I was college in the late late 90’s. This spot is well know and there are better rivers in that great state but still a favorite spot to throw dries on a 4 weight, mostly for nostalgic purposes

CO - Another well known river but hit at the right time of year, a place you can have all to your own. Even when big fish are migrating through.

Of course my new favorite. The place currently out my back door -Puget Sound. When I moved here I was super concerned about the lack of quality trout rivers in the vicinity. Little did I know the embarrassment of riches we have here. It can be frustrating some days…and I know it’s not what it used to be. That said, it’s been awesome learning this fishery over the last 6-7 years.
