My SIL invited us the spend the weekend with them at a rental. Great view across to Whidbey and pretty sure that's Point No Point on the right.


Amazing how the character of the Sound changes in minutes.

That’s not wind! At the right angle or the the right side of a point, that’s an a Steve Nash level assist .

Got down there early trying to beat the rain. I think we left at about 2:00. Always a fun hike down that trail.

It is; it’s been a while since I’ve done it. Used to all the time but it doesn’t make much sense to commute there, living close to Lincoln Park. I was looking for something, anything a little different. We were back to the car at the North lot around 12:30 and went and got ramen for lunch after.

I went out Saturday morning for an hour or so before the sun broke through. No fish is sight, but saw a seal come up and completely merk a sitting duck. That was a first for me, and was very entertaining to watch. Nature is metal!
