@Cabezon got it right. Lime Kiln Lighthouse on San Juan Island. Some may claim that area is not part of Puget Sound, and that’s okay.
There were a pair of Oystercatchers feeding in the rocks in the foreground that I was trying to capture, but my cell phone couldn’t quite capture them.
