The penalties, time outs, play review, 2 minute warning, injuries, end of quarter, halftime TD, turnover, field goal...anything that stops the play of the game is driving me away from football. I know I'm sounding like a poster who shall remain anonymous from Ione talking about fat umpires who can't bend over to call balls and strikes and mush mouth announcers but that's how I feel about this. I either watch football (any sports for that matter) from a sports bar or a treadmill at the gym. If the latter, I can't stand play stoppages, which lead to commercials while working out...it's maddening. The last time I watched from a sports bar, there was four different games going on. Regularly there were penalties being called on each game all at the same time or all four were in commercials at the same time. Just brutal. But I still tune in when I can cause I enjoy sports competition.
^^^ I watch sports so I can take my nap. When The Seahawks were terrible, I looked forward to my Sunday afternoon naps. Golf ---> easy to take naps. Basketball even easier. Tennis, give me a break. Pro football used to be fun to watch. College football was my go to... With all these new/larger division changes and NIL ---> no longer.... Truth be told I do watch March Madness, always watching the Cinderella teams and hope they make an impact...

Whaaaaaat? It's well past 11:00 my time when the CHIEFS WIN!!!!! (Have I ever mentioned I hate Eastern time!!); I can barely stay up for that, now you expect me to post some witty comment on an FF site - you ask way too much Sir.

Seahawks on Monday Night next week, Lions will be a good test for them.
Hope they get some guys off the injury list, especially on D line.
6 dropped passes, multiple defensive miscues, a missed FG, imagine there is a lineup at the wood shed....props, however, to a fantastic effort from Jennings and Purdy, who continues to show he is the real deal...and the win did give the lamb fans something to cheer about on their 2 hour smog choked bumper to bumper ride home...lol
