I agree, I called it at the end of last season, I couldn't see how a short aging quarterback that had lost a step could actually improve with age. Denver won the lottery when they got Wilson for $245 million. Unfortunately the lottery ticket cost $244 million.

No, cannot watch Denver. Must be on a channel I don't have or streaming on an expensive channel. But keep us informed how they performed.

Never mind...Looked at Denver's schedule, had the score and what quarter and time. Oof! Lost by ONE point. Wished I could have seen that!
 
Yeah, thinking its time to give up on the Trey Lance era. Kid could be good someday but will never get the reps he needs in SF.

Here's hoping Purdy doesn't regress this year. And Darnold looks like a solid back up option.
 
Pats picked up Ezekiel Elliott yesterday. He fits the BB profile for a back. He runs with power, is a an excellent pass blocker and learned how to hold on to the ball. Pass blocking and ball security get you on the field in NE. He should take some of the load off Rhamondre Stevenson. He may be able to help with some of the fumbling issues Stevenson had, although much of that could be attributed to workload, since they came late in the season.
Jets got Dalvin Cook for a bit more money. He is poor at pass blocking and fumbles a lot. They play it a little looser in the meadowlands.
 
I can't wait until Kool-Aid McKinstry gets drafted by the Seahawks next year.
