I think Bosa will get a contract extension and play the first game of the season….Niners will pay him.

I think Jacobs has no choice but to report and play by the first game of the season…otherwise Raiders will play White, Jacobs loses 10 million he will never get back, and will still be owned by the Raiders next season.

I think Jones will hold out several games before he gets a new contract…especially if they lose one or two close games early on.

Yeah. they've always paid their stars well so this is a weird one. Bosa's camp must be playing tough. I don't doubt the Niners would make him the highest paid D player, but maybe he wants crazy money like 40mill? Its been all quiet on the front until today when Lynch said he didn't like where it was at.

Fairly soft start to the season gives them some leverage. Steelers week 1 is scary but not sure Bosa would be ready for much by then anyway.

I wish the kid success. Not beat the Niners success, but I hope he finds a home in the NFL. From everything I read he was a stand up guy and his teammates loved him. Too bad he couldn't jump on the small window of opportunity. Hopefully he ends up somewhere he can get reps and make a name for himself.
