Good point
Like I've already said a few times here: I think it's a better move to get a haul for him while he's still a good QB vs rolling the dice on a high mileage situation where the wheels come flying off. I don't want to be the Steelers.

...and soon ye is gonna own your team....
😆
So you got that going for ya.
ok, thems fightin' words....word is the He (Ye) and Antonio Brown are part of that group....

If I were the praying type, I'd be praying that group doesn't even sniff the negotiations....

Personally, I'd like to see ole horseface and THE forehead collaborate and put together an offer.

So this whole thing brings up a good question:

Would you rather be a borderline playoffs, 1st round, maybe second round loss type team every year?

Or would you rather win a super bowl every 10 years with a few bad years in between?

We’re fucked. Bottom dwellers for the near future and beyond. There’s not a bunch of QB’s that can sustain championship play throughout a season
No to Watson
Winston
Minshew would be fun but he won’t take them to the Super Bowl
I’m afraid we are gonna miss ol Russ despite what we think of him personally
I said the same thing when they hired Carrol. I said the same thing when they drafted a midget quarterback and started him right away. I ate my words when Pete and his midget quarterback won the super bowl. Like I said yesterday; adios Russ, write when you get steady work. He tweeted his goodbye last night.

Shit when you pass your prime in your early 30’s where does that leave me?
He's going to be mid 30s by the next season. Unless your name is Brady, that's typically the time it goes down hill. Typically sooner, and MUCH faster for QBs who rely on their legs, and take a lot of big hits.

If I'm speaking honestly, the former. It's more fun to watch week in and week out.

Let's be real here, Pete Carroll needs to be fired for the Seahawks to truly improve. As an LA RAMS fan, I want him to stay forever. His ego is too big and his scheme is stale.

SB every 10 years.

He seems like the type to run an NFL team.

I'd pay to be a fly on the wall in an owners meeting.
Listening to him and Jerry Jones buddying up would be great.

That depends. 1. Are you asking from the perspective of a franchise that's won exactly one Superbowl ever? or 2. from the perspective of a franchise that's won multiple? or 3. from a franchise that hasn't won a single one within the last several decades (poor poor Browns fans). That might make a difference. I would suspect that if you're in the 1 or 3 category, that you'd take anything you could get. If you're in category 2, you probably would want the best of both worlds.

1995 was a long time ago...

The 1994-1995 season last time the 49ers won a Super Bowl

This is true.
But I think I'd still prefer the past 10 years or so of being a 49ers fan, than being a Browns fan 🤷‍♂️
It's at the very least been mostly competitive.

Man. I need to go fishing.

I believe that ranch is home to Monster Lake, one of the most hyped pay-to-fish trout lakes in the west. I wonder if it’s still any good?

I think Kan(ye) changed the name to Monster Ass Lake in honor of Kim, so probably still quite good fishing wise.
