What's strange is down here in the Portland area, I don't know a single Hawks fan. Not one. I have quite a network of friends/acquaintances through my gym, fishing, work etc. Lots of friends who are fans of just about every other team, but literally zero Hawks fans. It's bizarre.
😆
I only know a single person in the PDX area who IS a Hawks fan....you. I know more people in San Diego who are Hawks fans than here in PDX.....well, 2.

I mean, to be fair. Portland IS San Francisco North (and yes, I am from just North of SF too, but came here via the East Coast ;) )

@Yard Sale is the only SF fan I know (though he doesn't live in Portland, but close enough. I know several Cardinals fans, a few Tampa Bay fans, a Rams fan, some Bears fans, Broncos fans, and the token Cowboys fan.

Just further enforces not who you play but when you play them. Buffalo without Josh Allen is a different team ….. huh? We will see how serious the injury is and how it limits him if he does play. But another reason I don’t put much into schedule strength/ease predictions in the NFL. Seahawks had a really good team for several years but no matter how bad the Rams were they were a tough pill for the Hawks.

From my experiences there’s a lot of Cowboy fans out there. Guess why it’s America’s team?

Joe Montana said it best. Found this quote on the internet. "According to Clark, Jones reacted to the play by stating "You just beat America's Team" to Montana after the pass was caught, to which Montana replied, "Well, you can sit at home with the rest of America and watch the Super Bowl."[

Chiefs seem to be consistent benefactors of drive-extending questionable penalties. Not quite at the level the lambs did last year, but enough to keep me convinced the NFL puts their thumb on the scale for a few teams
It always seems that way especially if it’s your team that’s getting flagged . Would you be questioning those calls if they were for the Seahawks, I don’t think so , it would be great call ref . :) They could probably call holding Kelce every play .

You need a larger sample size. I don't think I've ever shopped the Portland Costco without seeing a Seahawks Jersey or two. They can't all be sales tax dodging Vancoverites.

Eh, I actually notice it more on non-Hawks games. And yeah, I will call it if BS calls get thrown at either side. Like I said, I just plain hate refball. I don't like when bad calls influence games, period.

I have a pretty substantial sample size. I know they exist here. I see them around. I just somehow don't personally know a single one.

I was in a local RC bar for a MNF game when SF was playing the Seahawks. I was the only Seahawk fan and they kicked SF's ass that night. Lots of drinks came my way. Also some local valley produce. They dropped me off at my cabin that night... Totally shocked Montana likes SF over Seahawks....

Must have been all that sweet CA money moving into MT

I doubt it was the money flow. Montanans hated the CA money flows because of the tax increases that lead to them being to be taxed off their land.. Could it be related to Joe Montana playing for SF most of his career? Best part was I had free drinks for two weeks after that game...

Whatever makes you feel better! Facts are that this is a site of majority Hawks fans because of geography, and the fans of other teams only seem to talk when their teams are winning or are “winning” the offseason. This is because the fans of other teams enjoy twisting the knife in Hawks country, so it seems fair for Hawks fans to fire back a bit when they can…
I'm from Wisconsin and for 9 years or more that Green Bay was my team. Didn't have a pro team for a long time in Washington so Green Bay was at the top of my list. I've always picked the Husky's since I was in High school and the school band got picked to perform at half time on an opening day game. It was one hell of a long time ago. But I've been a husky fan since.

When I lived in Wisconsin, the Badgers were my collage team. I'm in Montana and I don't pick either collage team. Just sticking with the Husky's. And still rooting for the Seahawks.
