They took over popupportal.com in the same fashion WFF was overtaken. Warned the other users about the new owners, then went in and deleted our account. Not sure it helped.But I like to think we played a part in this

Noticed another forum I participate in that's owned by them has essentially ceased all moderation or any other real function despite hundreds to thousands of posts per day. Wonder if they're not long for this world.

VerticalScope Inc Headed toward Bankruptcy?
It appears as if years of forum mismanagement have finally caught up with them. I'm trying to put all the pieces of the puzzles together, but all of the sites have this at the bottom The Fora platform includes forum software by XenForo, but I recently stumbled across this one-...xenforo.com
