THE DRONES ARE COMING!
THE DRONES ARE COMING!
RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!!!!

Mysterious my ass. Kids with toys.

We are simply a kids science experiment for school!

But...

Swamp gas....

Somewhere in Bergen County...

Does anyone besides me think the news articles on this remind me of the first half of a Marvel movie or an apocalyptic alien invasion movie?
Or the start of a Stephen King novel…

No need to worry. Many of the drones are large and have strobe lights showing that they are a commercial product. They do not need ground-based pilots either. It is all AI based and just a marketing ploy to get them sold quickly once they are publicly available on the market.

If kids with toys has stumped the government for almost a month I want my share of the defense budget back...
Plenty of people stump the government every April 15th.
The drones you need to worry about are the ones that you don't see, not the ones that are lit up for everyone to see. Pretty hard to be stealthy and nefarious when you're advertising your presence with glowing lights.

Get a chopper dragging a big drift net, then round up the kids and put 'em in Juvie.

Unfathomable indeed. Really the only way to even attempt understanding distances and speeds of this magnitude is by scalar comparison.

So yeah, 40 years as the fastest human moving objects ever made = basically nothing in terms of getting to even the closest solar system. Yet Voyager 1 would make the SR 71 look like a horse and buggy passing it at over 11 miles per second. That plane flew from LA to DC in 1 hour and 4 minutes. Voyager 1 covers that in about 3 minutes. Yup, 73,000 years to the next star ... "are we there yet?"
Such a great way to support the idea of multi generational ships 🚢. By the time we got there, IF we got there, would we even be the same species ? 🤔

Earth is young, and it's population, is young when looking at the age of the universe. Has anyone considered that a number of alien civilizations came here to deposit/exile the dregs of their civilizations here? That may explain why Earth has such a wide diversity of people here...
So, we're the galactic version of Australia ?

The war in Ukraine demonstrates very large drones possibly the size of an SUV(???) of an an unknown nature, mission, and fuel source over restricted airspace - sensitive areas like military bases, govt buildings, critical infrastructure, and populated areas should be a concern.
Well, the Ukrainians are using Cessna 182 type aircraft as one way attack drones, (see youtube for videos)so, ok, that size is possible. We also have the global hawks, fire bees, and others that the size of small standard aircraft.

So I really don't get the spazzing over size...

To me, 2024 is the year people in New Jersey learned to look UP

I really don't get the spazzing over size...
Even a small unlicensed consumer grade drone hovering outside Your house wouldn't give You any cause for concern?

Heavy lift multi-rotor (or fixed wing VTOL) drones the size of an SUV cost $50K+, are not in use by the general public, and require an FAA license.

But I do find the fact that these sightings are using FAA required anti-collision lights is most curious.
I would think that pilots with hostile intentions would NOT use lights, and would strike while they have the element of surprise rather than thrusting a stick into a Murder Hornets nest to cause the furor it already has that could and probably will get new domestic drone technologies and coutermeasures deployed in the US.

Plus the fact that local and state agencies are crying out for answers, but there is a general lack of DoD concern even though they (say they) don't have any answers...

Is this a Sputnik style funding campaign that had DoD and NASA rolling in cash for two decades?

Or some kind of a "red code" exercise to test current drone detection and countermeasures? (fun times at "Red Flag")
