Looking around this site a bit more than normal stumbled onto this - some good stuff!
Two falls ago I forgot my normal waterproof fishing camera so used my recently purchased S23. Couldn't believe the quality vs the LG phone it replaced, so I used it for some shots on the next trip too.

Trilliums are one of my favorites and look forward to the every spring.
I was chastized more than a few time as a kid for picking them for my mom, not knowing their life cycle and reprocutions of picking them.
I was reading about ice age floods this morning and since the north end of Lake Lenore was BUSY I decided to walk across the south end boulder field deposits from those flood events. There's quite a mixture of rock types and sizes, I'd enjoy a walk with a geologist to get his spin on how this particular boulder field occurred. Most of the rocks are basalt with granite boulders helter skelter in the mix:
