Thanks, all, for the condolences. We miss Omar but as usual those pangs of loss are becoming less acute.
Of course we have chatted about a possible next 2nd dog. We asked AI what breed goes well with a Boston Terrier. It suggested a Boston Terrier. They are good little dogs but I am pretty set on moving away from another brachycephalic (smush-faced) dog. They just have a lot of issues with that and the breed in general. Came across the idea of a Border Terrier and thinking on that a bit. I’m all for a mutt but I’d like a dog under 20 lbs and with a short coat and not insane high energy like a Jack Russel or Rat Terrier.
