    Upper Columbia River Trip

Thought I would share a recent trip to the upper Columbia for trout. My wife and I stayed at "Black Bear Lodge" through Evening Hatch fly shop In Washington. I have to admit the fishing was as good as advertised and more consistent then the fishing I had had on two previous trips to Alaska...

    Need help Wlliamson River area

I have a few days Id like to fish the Williamson the end of July. I am a DIY angler but am looking for recommendations for lodging (nothin fancy is fine) and a guide for a couple of days. Are there better options? Might Yamsi be worth it if available? Thanks for any reply.

    Cleaning Inflatables????

I would suggest a mild abrasive WITHOUT a beaching agent, such as "Comet" no bueno. Maybe a diluted mix of baking soda and water. I used to raft a fair amount and maintenance was paramount. I would resort to Powdering my raft before putting away at the end of the season.

    Tarpon Northern Yucatan

I'll be talking to Yellowdog next week. I'm hoping to put together a more "ala cart" visit. I've read some places will provide discounts during Aug-Oct but not refundable. Cant blame them.

If you are close to Governors Harbor gool luck with...

    Bonefish line suggestions please

If you only fish one time it wont matter if you cant use it later but if you have not been bone fishing Im pretty sure it wont...
