Hey Norm, I really like this fly. Can you provide a little more details? Name? Materials? Origin?
Brown Drake

Hook - Single salmon
Thread - Black
Tail - Barred teal barbs
Ribbing - Heavy black thread
Body - Dubbed with light olive lamb's wool
Hackle - Furnace tied on as a collar and tied back and down
Wing - Barred teal barbs tied over the body, with a sparse overwing of natural brown bucktail

I'm actually kinda stoked on this fly. It gave me fits but still turned out.

Cdc tail and post.
Olive stripped quill body
Green dubbing
Small grizzly hackle

Didn't wrap the post with thread, just gently wrapped hackle.
Quill cracked on me early, so had to use a touch more dubbing.

But overall pretty happy with a fly I didn't think I'd succeed on. Granted I don't think it'll last more than a fish or two.
