Beautiful photo. There actually is a bee called the Red Tailed Bumblebee. Now I know the reason for the red tail on the McGinty.

Those are plastic heads made by @SpawnFlyFish . I believe these ones are called Calamari Heads. They just slip over the hook and you glue them on. Spawn makes a lot of other really cool heads for baitfish patterns as well. They are definitely worth checking out if you haven't already. Their website is awesome, customer service is great, and they sell a lot of great tying material
