Strange, The Chicago Skyway is in fact a big bridge. It's only 7.8 miles long, but since I rarely travel to or through Indiana, I don't have to experience it.

Speaking of toll roads, I've heard that Michigan and Detroit are discussing bringing in tolls to cover road repairs. Conditions of the roads now are so bad that you need to be careful of throwing out your alignment or blowing out a tire. No word on what rates they're planning to introduce. I like the idea of specific toll lanes while having to option to use free lanes along side them..
